BMS24 Premium Facade Protection is a disinfectant that is applied directly to the facade after cleaning. It adheres reliably to the surface and penetrates deep into the pores. This effectively inhibits the re-growth of algae, fungi, and mold. The result is a long-lasting, clean, and well-maintained facade that retains its radiant appearance for years to come.

The protective concentrate is highly concentrated and can be diluted flexibly – up to a ratio of 1:80, although 1:50 is recommended. 1:50At only approximately 150 ml per square meter, it is particularly economical and efficient. The facade protection is applied using the DAS24 dosing system, a sprayer, a brush, or a roller.
Another advantage: The facade protection has no effect on subsequent repainting. This means that the facade can be repainted without any problems after treatment, as the protective layer will not impair the paint's adhesion.
