Focused on the precise dosing of cleaning agents for mobile applications; a streamlined, maintenance-friendly system with a focus on efficiency and economy.
Dosing unit for the targeted dilution of cleaning/protective products (concentrate) directly from the canister into the spray lance's supply line. Electronically controlled, including visual and audible signals for empty containers. Includes two dosing pumps. The system is mounted on a stand. It accommodates two canisters (up to 20 liters each). Dosage settings are adjusted via float indicators.

The desired concentration of the cleaning/protective product is set on the system. It is then dosed directly into the cleaning water.

Functionality
Dosage is controlled via the ratio display in l/h. The individually required dosage is adjusted to the specific needs, taking into account water pressure,
hose diameter, height, and nozzle configuration.
After determining the water flow rate using the float indicator, the desired concentration of the cleaning agent/protective agent is set.
The required concentration can be adjusted at any time during the cleaning process, for example, in cases of heavy soiling.
The dosing system has two separate circuits for cleaning agents and protective products for the application of different concentrations.
