WaterCircle – Mobile water reclaimer for Facade Cleaning

Professional facade cleaning inevitably generates a large amount of wastewater. This water contains not only dust and sand, but also paint particles, biocides, chemical residues, and other pollutants. In Germany, it is clearly regulated by law that such wastewater must not be released into the environment untreated. This means that neither seepage into the ground nor discharge into surface or groundwater is permitted. To meet these requirements and operate sustainably, the WaterCircle TS25 was developed – a mobile water treatment plant that is used directly on-site.

The 3-Phase WaterCircle System

At the heart of the WaterCircle TS25 is the innovative 3-phase system that ensures ecological balance:

1. Phase 1 – Collection: The wastewater generated during facade cleaning is collected directly at the building via wastewater channels (SR6 and SR2).
2. Phase 2 – Pre-cleaning: Coarse particles such as sand, paint, and plaster residue are removed by the integrated FA25 filter system.
3. Phase 3 – Final cleaning: Using the SDA21 suction pressure system and replacement filter sets, pollutants, biocides, and chemical residues are removed. The water is then treated to such an extent that it can be returned to the circle.

This process enables the sustainable use of water, reduces freshwater consumption, and reliably protects the environment from pollution.
