The SR wastewater collection tray\/drainage channel from A3 Innoteg GmbH is one of the <strong>Praxis developed solution for collecting cleaning and wastewater on vertical surfaces.<\/strong><br \/>\nCompared to conventional methods for collecting wastewater and service water (e.g. foil and rubber trays), the SR wastewater channel offers many advantages.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The advantages of the collection tray<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Customizable to your individual requirements<\/li>\n<li>Modularly expandable<\/li>\n<li>low weight<\/li>\n<li>Short setup times thanks to quick and easy assembly<\/li>\n<li>Facade connection to coarsely structured facades possible<\/li>\n<li>Construction behind an existing scaffold is possible<\/li>\n<li>Uneven ground can be bridged.<\/li>\n<li>Nearly 100% of the wastewater and process water is collected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Assembly<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The channel system can <strong>be individually adapted to specific requirements using modular components.<\/strong> The basic channel set is 6 meters long<br \/>\nand can be extended by adding extension modules in 2-meter increments.<br \/>\nThe individual modules are connected without tools<strong> using the system connectors,<\/strong> creating a rigid channel.<br \/>\nA water-neutral sealant is used to seal between the modules.<br \/>\nWe achieve <strong>nearly 100% sealing at the wall connection to the channel<\/strong>by using a sealing membrane between the channel and the brush comb.<br \/>\n<strong>Done \u2013 The wastewater collection tray is ready for use.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After installation, the wastewater drainage system is placed against the facade and evenly secured with light pressure using the included ballast bags, allowing the brush comb to conform to the wall\/facade's structure. The suction hose is connected to the end module according to the slope of the floor, and the other end is sealed with the blanking plug.<br \/>\nThe runoff water can now be pumped or suctioned out of the channel.
